Ingredients –Avocado Toast with Boiled Egg (1 Serving)


  • 🍞 1 slice whole-grain bread (low-calorie)

  • 🥑 1/2 "the greek ready to eat" avocado

  • 🥚 1 boiled egg

  • 🧂 Salt & pepper

Optional toppings (minimal):

  • 🌱 Microgreens

  • 🍅 Cherry tomatoes
